Anthropic's S-1 shows $11.6 billion of Q2 revenue on $5.6 billion of compute spend

Anthropic filed to list on Nasdaq under ANT. Kobeissi Letter cites H1 2026 revenue of $16.3 billion and an $80.7 billion net loss. ChairmansLedger says Q2 revenue was $11.6 billion on $5.6 billion of compute spend, or $2.08 of revenue per compute dollar versus $0.40 in Q1 2025. Gavin Baker says year-end ARR above $100 billion looks possible again.

02

Meta plans up to $95 billion of equity as Nvidia, AMD and Broadcom indicate interest in up to $5 billion

Per Zerohedge, Meta is selling $22.5 billion of Class A stock through forward sales, $12.5 billion of mandatory convertible preferred and a $60 billion at-the-market program of non-voting Class C shares starting in Q1 2027. Nvidia, AMD and Broadcom indicated a non-binding interest in up to $5 billion of the common stock. ChairmansLedger notes the raise comes days after Meta guided up to $145 billion of capex.

03

SpaceX committed to a $40 billion Apollo GPU lease and Nebius secured a $3.5 billion Citi facility

SpaceX reached a binding commitment for an approximately $40 billion master finance lease with an Apollo-managed entity to deliver Nvidia Vera Rubin chips, and its CFO cited less than one-year paybacks, in a statement quoted by firstadopter. Nebius said it secured a $3.5 billion Citi facility maturing next year, per Beth Kindig. mr_derivatives noted NBIS moving from the $149s to the $165s and CRWV from the $51s to the $57s.

04

Roger Ferguson and Morgan Stanley's Michael Gapen each see two more Fed rate hikes

Former Fed Vice Chair Roger Ferguson told CNBC he expects a hold this week, though he says the inflation data would justify a hike, and sees two more hikes, one likely in December. On a Morgan Stanley roundtable, Michael Gapen sees two more Fed hikes, with 75bp of hikes in total by March, while Jens Eisenschmidt sees one more ECB hike in December and says the market prices too many.
