Service description

Buzzberg provides market-intelligence tools that aggregate public content, apply AI analysis, and display extracted signals such as trade ideas, sentiment, speaker history, and portfolio-related information.

Educational use only

Buzzberg does not provide investment advice and does not act as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, fiduciary, or financial planner. You are responsible for your own decisions and should review the full disclaimer before using the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when needed.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or overload Buzzberg.
  • Do not use Buzzberg for unlawful activity, market manipulation, harassment, or infringement.
  • Do not bypass authentication, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
  • Do not misrepresent Buzzberg output as personalized financial advice.

Buzzberg may display or link to third-party content, public posts, market data, and source material. Buzzberg does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy or availability.

Beta changes and availability

Buzzberg is in beta. Features, data sources, pricing, limits, and availability may change at any time. The service may be interrupted or discontinued.

Intellectual property

Buzzberg, its interface, original software, and generated product presentation are owned by Buzzberg or its operators. Third-party source content remains owned by its respective owners.

Termination
