Percentage points compare two shares: a change from 82% to 71% is an 11-point drop, or 11 fewer Long recommendations per 100 calls. A lower Long share can mean more Short or Avoid calls; it does not mean that every remaining call is bearish. The bias label compares the last 7 days' Long share with the preceding 90-day norm for the selected source. Below that norm is Bearish; above it is Bullish. Neutral means no change at the displayed 0.1-percentage-point precision. For example, 71% Long against an 82% norm is Bearish even though Long calls remain the majority: Short and Avoid together have gained share. This describes a shift in recommendations, not a claim that most calls are Short. A complete current week and an available baseline are required. For positions, Opened and Added include long and short positions. The measure counts authors, not dollars invested or first-time market entrants.
