Anatoly Radchenko (Анатолий Радченко) is a Russian trader, active in US equities since the mid-2000s, who runs Financial Circle (Финансовый кружок), a Russian-language YouTube channel and paid subscription community, and co-hosts its weekly market show IndexBar (ИндексБар). The channel covers US stocks, macroeconomics, crypto, gold and oil from a trader's point of view, with an emphasis on trading ideas and risk. A financial-management graduate of ITMO University in St Petersburg, he traded US stocks there at the local office of a US proprietary-trading firm before co-founding United Traders with Dmitry Belousov and Roman Vishnevsky in 2009. The company gave clients access to Russian, European and US exchanges and trained traders; Radchenko taught its trading courses and webinars on the US market and was its managing partner in 2016. IndexBar began on United Traders' YouTube channel in December 2019, and the company's trading platform UTEX, which his channel promotes, sells a video course on trading by him. He has commented on markets for the Russian business media group RBC since 2012.
