Opening brokerage account for the first time. Do these index funds make sense?

I'm 40, already maxing 401k and Roth Ira. I was saving for a second home but changed my mind and now I have $115k to invest. I'm looking at these index funds and allocations. Funds have good returns, low expenses and the tracking error seems low. I appreciate any feedback! Fidelity 500 Index FXAIX. (40%) Fidelity Mid Cap Index FSMDX.
