Hello 🙋♂️, the case is I buy TLT at 80USD to make it simple , the interest is 4%. Later after 10 years , the price becomes 90USD, the interest is 2%.
My question is what is the pnl and how to calculate it ?
Pnl = 90 - 80, plus 4% x value per year ?
