Ascensus unilaterally closed my online account with no notice after my direct rollover (there was no money left in the account), even though their confirmation email suggested that I log in to get my 1099-R at tax time.
I do not remember if I had the e-delivery of 1099-R selected. Will they automatically send me the 1099-R in the mail since they closed my account?
