I will be selling an investment property later this year walking away with $650k after paying around $330k in taxes. Investigating hiring a financial advisor to managed funds for a year to do tax loss harvesting to reduce the tax burden. Alternatively I’m looking at just doing it myself and am looking for a good etf that does this. Anyone have experience doing tax loss harvesting. Good or bad?
