Hello, seeking advice!
As an European, many ETFs like SCHD, QYLD, DGRO. etc. are not available me, except as a CFD in Etoro. I've been holding these as CFD for a while (X1) and I'm wondering what risks do I carry?
I know that losses are not deductable from taxes and dividends might be paid somewhat differently, but is there a solid reason I should not be holding these long term? Or holding at all?
Quick google search says that CFDs should not be held long term, but I can't find any good reasoning behind it.
