**For any new data centre being built. Data centers must disclose their plans to:**
**pay their own way**
**provide their own power**
**reuse their own water**
**reduce the cost of electricity**
**& avoid disturbing neighborhoods**
This is super bullish for BE as they provide on site power and there is no need to connect to local grid. Long BE. I expect other states to do the same thing as local communuites are against data centre in general which is one of the reasons this was introduced
