If you been into investing even for a year, you must have heard about the saying from Peter Lynch, which goes like:
*"Insiders might sell their shares for any number of reasons, but they buy them for only one: they think the price will rise."*
When I see big insider buys, its a big sign which tells me to turn my focus to these stocks and re-do my research to see if I missed something or if I already own these stocks, to check the valuations and evaluate if its time to buy more..
Here are 4 stocks: (I currently dont have a position in any of these stocks)

All of these companies had some issues in the business, but they still look like they are down more then they should be and I would say there has been overreaction from the market..
When I have this kind of feeling, and on top of that I see insiders are buying big amounts of shares, it gives me more conviction..
