Sorry if this goes against the rules, I tried hard to follow them all. I am coming from music subreddits as an independent artist wondering how I can make my “artist stocks” crowdfunding product more enticing?
“Get paid to listen to your favorite songs”
BACKSTORY / Context :
I am trying to be creative with my crowdfunding, I’m releasing four albums in four months and although my debut album saw really good commercial success, due to music paying out 90 days post earning, I’ve nearly bankrupted myself.
I don’t want to sign my independent ownership away to labels, so I decided to try this as a way to allow my fans and other supporters first dibs at crowdfunding while still getting something out of it.
Do you think I priced things fairly and the trade off is good enough to go fully public with it? Should I market it more as a stock/investment opportunity or as a music memorabilia collectible?
