I am 59 and my husband is 62. I plan to continue working roughly another 8-10 years and my husband another 5 or so. Our current allocation is high in stocks due to a late start investing and wanting to catch up. It is 81% (with 11% in international) and only 16% in bonds (BND and I bonds). I know I should have more in bonds at this point. We are investing in VTI and VOO in our IRAs. My 401k is invested in Fidelity 500 index fund and international index fund. Should I change this to invest some in Fidelity Inflation protected bond index fund? The other bond options are PGIM Total Return Bond Fund R6 or PGIM High Yield Fund R6. Suggestions Fidelity has the lowest er at .05. Thank you in advance!
