Oil prices should go up.
Oil prices are too low relative to reality. The market has lost geopolitical risk premium but physical fundamentals are tightening: the Strait of Hormuz is not seeing normal ship traffic preventing production ramp-up, refined product markets are very tight with diesel cracks skyrocketing, China is returning as a buyer after relaxing product exports, and there are still many shorts that need to cover. Algorithmic buying signals are also emerging as Brent moves above moving averages.
