Fading interest-rate hike fears and a rotation into beaten-down growth stocks support the move.

KOSDAQ has been the stronger index for five consecutive days, and foreign flows into the index are accelerating. With the market in a clear rotational phase out of large‑cap semiconductors, buying KOSDAQ via a futures or ETF is the cleanest way to participate in the broadening rally.

KOSDAQ has a seasonal pattern where even-numbered years see sharp declines, with bottoms often forming in September-October, followed by rallies into May-July of odd-numbered years.
