SpaceX is a fantastic technology company, but the IPO presents significant risk due to catastrophic governance structures (Elon Musk's full control, weak shareholder protections) and an exceptionally high valuation that is hard to justify above $1 trillion. The combination of governance deficiencies and financial risk makes it unsuitable for participation, especially for long-term institutional minority shareholders.

As a responsible European investor, they feel an obligation to support increased European authority and are looking to find more investment opportunities in Europe, shifting allocation away from U.S. markets to fund this European exposure.
