[+8] u/InvestigatorPlus3229: Amazon in for a big one
[+5] u/InvisibleEar: Trump getting super cereal at Camp David, it would be crazy if he did something really fucking stupid
[+5] u/InvisibleEar: Thoughts and prayers for NVO bagholders ♥️
[+12] u/captainstrange94: RDDT is bankrupt for having the 90% margins and 60%+ growth.
[+11] u/jigglyjohnson13: Damn did the reddit CEO drop the N word on the earnings call or something?
[+10] u/dreamsforsale: The market has always been nuts, but this earnings season seems particularly bonkers. Has AI just taken over trading or something?
RDDT opens \~20% down, AAPL down 10% both on amazing reports...a day after MSFT jumps almost 20%? And Amazon's up 15%?
WTF is going on here? The scale of these moves is wildly out of the norm.
[+9] u/captainstrange94: I don't even know what to say about RDDT.... this is absurdly mind blowing and completely irrational.
You'd think RDDT is going bankrupt. This is AFTER a triple beat. Imagine a single bad earnings.
[+9] u/Fozzbael: If RDDT is down 20% on blowout earnings, imagine what would happen to the stock if they ever miss even slightly.
Almost tempted to buy because this seems like an extremely irrational movement. But also probably won't because whatever is going on here, I don't want movements like this in my portfolio.
[+8] u/GWillHunting: RDDT dropping 20% after that earnings report is so insane. Adding more.
[+8] u/_hiddenscout: Such a wild market. Was down around 19% the past month and the last two days, I’m up 11%.
Seriously need conviction. It’s wild to me how numb I’ve become to some of these price movements.
[+8] u/Puzzleheaded-One-607: Amazon has been a coiled spring for a long time. I think it runs to $300+ by end of year
[+8] u/selesnyaTroll: yep totally normal for some of these big boys to be swinging up and down 10% in just the first half hour. Very healthy market /s
[+7] u/Sufficient_Habit5091: These are the "I'm the smartest person in the room" narcissists running our economy. Watch the cringe interview of Leopold Aschenbrenner by Dwarkesh. Look at videos of how much WSJ, news outlets, social media glazed this "AI guru" just days and weeks before this story broke. Ask yourself if these are the people who should be in control of where we light trillions of our society's resources and investment dollars on fire.
Guess what, due to his complete delusion, his $45B AUM (at the peak) just got liquidated and margin called for mega leveraged bets on AI plays.
They're really good at acting like they know something we don't. They're just reckless and dangerous with borderline psychopathic ability to sell snake oil and raise money.
[+7] u/jrex035: "The oil markets aren't being manipulated, this is just how the market works." - idiots on the internet
"We ***will continue*** measures to keep oil price down if needed." - Scott Bessent
[+7] u/Npc2033: Apple worth a buy today? Or should I just do QQQ and call it a day
[+7] u/jnas_19: Hopefully all the South Koreans took on more debt to leverage long again.
[+7] u/Capau15: What the fk RDDT, amazing earnings and this happens
[+6] u/IvoryTowerResident: Officially a RDDT bag holders now got in around 157.
Not sure how i feel about CEO's comments on Google destroyed traffic to reddit with their AI summary stuff
[+6] u/_hiddenscout: Market isn’t happy, but results don’t look bad to me.

[+6] u/SvV_Ying: That morning dip was the last generational one you had.
[+6] u/RamCockUpMyAss: So as usual companies are obliterating earnings and raising guidance, and people are somehow still surprised the market isn't correcting? How is it a "clown market" when earnings are being blown out?
