[+9] u/NotGucci: > April nonfarm payrolls 115K, Exp. 65K
> Unemployment rate 4.3%, Exp. 4.3%
We rocket today.
[+6] u/bols_are_cooked: Rheinmetall and Saab are looking good now. Beat on earnings and show massive growth. Also, I think orders will shift from the US towards Europe thanks to the current administration.
[+12] u/WickedSensitiveCrew: Shoutout to r/android, r/pcmasterrace, r/buildapc, r/gaming, etc for their threads about the upcoming memory shortage in April 2025. That you should buy a computer or phone last year before prices go up.
I saw that and my first thought was instead to buy MU, SNDK, WDC. Best stock advice I ever got and it wasnt from a stock sub lol.
[+10] u/RedBGinger6989: WOOO MU AND AMD TAKE ME TO RETIREMENT!!!!
[+9] u/WickedSensitiveCrew: US Government now up over 500% on their INTC position.
I should have seen the US gov buying as the most obvious buy signal ever for a stock and I missed it.
[+8] u/unnamed----: Hey guys I'm cooking some bear stew tonight. Lmk if you want a bowl
[+7] u/unnamed----: Imagine being a doom and gloomer right now.
[+7] u/Trvthnvker696967: I didn't believe in the ai bubble, but the sentiment here the last few days has been ringing alarm bells in my head. When everyone stops talking about the bubble and starts saying that chips are unstoppable, I am a bit concerned.
We haven't quite reached sentiment similar to where silver was at before that bubble popped, but the winds have changed. If there is to be a bubble, I think this week is the beginning.
That being said I tend not to sell stocks until after their peak value, so if it is a bubble and it does pop, I will go along for the ride.
[+7] u/SvV_Ying: Realistically, I don’t think we’ll ever have a red week again.
[+7] u/AluminiumCaffeine: Starting to lag QQQ here pretty bad in my account, being underweight semis is getting tough. I just dont think the fwd 5 year returns from a lot trading at 50-60x fwd are gonna be awesome
[+7] u/jnas_19: "Buy semi stocks or become part of the permanent underclass" - Semi permabulls
[+6] u/ixvst01: This market is crazy. My portfolio is +34% since 1 month ago.
[+6] u/UnObtainium17: Man, got wrecked with MELI and EMBJ today. I am right around breakeven on both but not sure if I should grab shares now or wait and see if it drops further. EMBJ revenue went up +30% yoy, backlog and orders went up too, but FCF took a hit by a lot because they are anticipating to finish more planes the rest of this year.
[+6] u/AnnaSmiled2: Anyone nervous about this? Like watching continuously to figure out when to run?
[+6] u/Xalksahsax: Going all in on INTC, not gonna miss this rally any longer. $200 by July.
[+6] u/subpar321: Kinda crazy looking back at the daily discussion in here just 5 weeks ago
[+6] u/gamjatang111: Thanks for the war escalation yesterday, was able to add some longs.
[+6] u/jrex035: I'll forever kick myself for trading in and out of RKLB from 2023 to 2025, should've just held and I'd be up 500+%.
Oh well, just glad I have any right now
[+6] u/Forsaken_Worth_176: Who remembers what that one guy used his entire inheritance of like $800k to buy Intel at $30/share. Then it dropped in half and he freaked out lol
[+5] u/highastronaut: these runs are insane, im making so much money and it feels like i should cash out because it doesnt seem real lol
[+5] u/RamCockUpMyAss: Strong job numbers, unemployment still full at 4.3%, SPY on its way to 750 in record pace. Bears and doomers all but eliminated. Feels good man
[+5] u/InvestigatorPlus3229: Remember humility is the golden virtue of an investor. You may think you know what will happen but nobody does. You may have thought war and oil shock were bad for the market, but nope
[+5] u/WickedSensitiveCrew: It is interesting ANET and NET are tanking at same time.
Im buying NET.
[+5] u/InvestigatorPlus3229: AMD crew eating good
[+5] u/selesnyaTroll: Maybe Iran is just too busy buying calls on INTC to respond to the US
[+5] u/VENhodl: I am making so much fucking money it isn't even fair at this point. Is anyone else genuinely considering cashing out and just retiring early?
[+5] u/ZamianX: This memory bubble pop will be fascinating to watch
