Canadian who has roughly US$30k–$35k for the long term, looking to invest in the market. Unsure of the best long-term "boring" buys that my American friends can recommend. Do ya'll have any suggestions?

Canadian who has roughly US$30k–$35k for the long term, looking to invest in the market. Unsure of the best long-term "boring" buys that my American friends can recommend. Do ya'll have any suggestions? To quickly summarize - I have about 30k USD that I don't wanna convert to CAD - It's in my retirement account in Canada (called an RRSP) - In Canada, I invest in things like XEQT (it's like you get a diversified all-equity portfolio) or use something like VDY which is similar but you get dividends. That's all I invest in in Canada and it's working out fine. - I've seen ETFs like VT, VTI, VOO, VXUS, SCHD, etc... but I'm not sure how Americans usually put these together or whta they recommend. Sooooo my question is if I dont need the money for 10 years, want it 100% equity, want broad diversification and low fees, and no maintenance, what would you recommend? Would you just buy VT and call it a day? Something like VTI + VXUS? Or is there another 1–2 ETF combination that's basically the US version of the Canadian "just buy XEQT" approach?
