Pathetic customer support from Goww!
I am a beginner in investing and have created accounts with both Groww and Zerodha to try them out. After using them both for a while, I have decided to stick with Zerodha and close the Groww account.
In Groww there is a section which say close Groww demat and trading account, and it prompts me that an email will be received within 24 hours to close the account. I am trying daily for the past week not a single email received. I have no holdings, active orders or SIPs in groww and I took out the balance amount.
I contacted customer care via app chat, when a human is connected they are either giving me irrelevant answers and leave the chat or just simply ghosting me whenever I bring up closing my account.
Anyone else have similar experience with Groww?
