Summary
Author is personally buying Take-Two (TTWO) at $214 on the dip.
Thesis: GTA VI will drive record sales, but FY2027 net booking guidance of $8B implies only ~$1.3B from GTA VI, which they believe is far too low.
Additional upside cited: FiveM/RP monetization, stronger social media amplification, and potentially earlier PC release than expected.
Quality assessment: Primarily speculative value thesis with reasonable data points, but heavily reliant on assumptions about GTA VI timing and revenue.

Im personally adding shares at this price, i dont think its going to reach $300, but $230-$250 sounds pretty realistic.
GTA VI should break all kind of records when it comes to sales.
**- Theyre IMO underestimating their Net booking for FY2027. Its only $8B. They already brought in $6,7B for FY2026 without GTA 6. That means they only expect 1,3B from GTA 6. Thats a joke. We all know that. That would be only 20 millions of sold copied. (counting 30% share to sony/xbox). GTA 6 should smash that**.
\- TTWO acquired FiveM in 2023, which is a mod that is massively popular when it comes to streamers and people. Its for roleplaying in online servers. If they integrate this well in GTA 6 online, online could reach new heights when it comes to revenue (as previously fivem users werent giving anything to TTWO)
\- I think its obvious that in 2026, social media are way stronger than they were in 2013. Instagram, Tiktok, Reddit, Youtube, Twitch. Internet will be full of GTA 6. The younger generation will be the easiest to influence, but the older is interested aswell, because they grew up with GTAs.
\- PC release is in my opinion going to come way sooner than people expect, and i think as soon as 2027. Not “2-3 years”. Why? The recent leaker was most likely running the game on PC and it looked ready.
I might be wrong though with my calculations, if so, please correct me.
TLDR: Priced in but u could buy the dip
TTWO trades at $214; author is adding shares and sees $230-$250 as realistic ahead of GTA VI. The market appears to underprice GTA VI contribution relative to FY2027 booking estimates, creating a mispricing opportunity. Long TTWO for upside from GTA VI sales, content monetization, and possible early PC release. GTA VI delays, weaker-than-expected online monetization, higher-than-modeled costs, or market already pricing the upside.
