Summary
The post argues that the AI-driven SaaS selloff in early 2026 created value opportunities, and that MSFT (+30%) and PAYC (+90%) have already rebounded as “survivors.”
The author predicts the next SaaS names to recover are NOW and ADBE.
This is more speculation than deep research: it references Graham and price action but lacks detailed fundamentals or valuation analysis.

In early February 2026 lots of SaaS stocks were crashed due to AI fears. Many of them were still growing double digits, while their stocks remains in cheap value territory. As Graham stated: The stock market will "weigh" and reevaluate these sooner or later. Consequently investors will pile in and the stocks will jump up. Now MSFT is up over +30% from its low and PAYC jumped over +90%.
I didn't fully understand the trigger, but seems like a combination of a strong earnings call and positive headlines.
What are the next SaaS stocks to make it back?
(I predict NOW and ADBE)
Author explicitly predicts NOW will be one of the next SaaS stocks to recover after the AI-driven selloff. If SaaS sentiment continues to rotate back into beaten-down quality names, NOW could see a similar rebound to PAYC/MSFT. A speculative long-side watch based on mean-reversion and sector sentiment, not a proven fundamental thesis. AI substitution fears could deepen; weak earnings or guidance would invalidate the recovery thesis.
Author predicts ADBE will follow the same recovery path as PAYC and MSFT. ADBE is a large, established software name that may be oversold due to AI fears, creating potential for a sentiment-driven rebound. A speculative long idea based on sector recovery and the author’s forecast, not detailed DD. Continued AI disruption narrative, disappointing earnings, or broader SaaS weakness could prevent the rebound.
