The market wants to know who can best leverage AI into earnings now, right? What about APP?
$1.3B free cash flow. Current Trailing P/E is \~34x but 59% revenue growth and a lot of cash generation. 88% gross margin. RSI \~56. $1B buybacks in Q1.
Q2 guidance: revenue of $1.92–1.95B and adjusted EBITDA of $1.62–1.65B, implying margins remain around 84–85%.
Anyone bullish or bearish on APP?
There were allegation on how they collected data but no wrong doing established. Reliant on Apple & Google.
The market seems to be rewarding who can profit now from AI. Other areas I find interesting are insurance, pharma/medial and financial.
