# 1. Squeeze Play Why has nobody on this sub talked about $JACK? This company literally has 40% short interest, while still delivering positive earnings and NCF. They only have a float of 17 million shares of which 40% or 6.7million shares are sold short. Days to cover is roughly 7. In the last week, we already saw it picking up momentum and the price jumped 20%. This already puts pressure on the shorts. What makes me the most bullish regarding $JACK, is the very small float and the huge amount of SI which could result in an explosive squeeze once his thing gets some high volume. Buying volume is already picking up, but so far there have not been that many mentions of the ticker on reddit so it‘s still a good entry point. # 2. Possible Turnaround Apart from the squeeze play, for which JACK offers the perfect conditions, i think the company is also in a good place for a turnaround. They recently restructured their pending debt and pushed repayment back till 2029, which gives them more room to pursue the turnaround. As I mentioned before, they still have positive NCF and earn a decent amount of money. The strong brand recognition, recent store openings in Florida and a new CEO which has had great success in scaling Taco Bell are three factors, which make me believe that the turnaround for $JACK is possible. The low valuation with a P/E of below 10 makes the stock also an interesting takeover candidate. On friday we already saw a doubling of average volume. If this movement gains traction, this thing could seriously rocket. I currently own 1000 shares with an average of $13
