I humbly request that the shareholders of ADTX vote for me as the CEO, and I have a plan to turn this around.
I think there’s a strong bull case for this company. You can’t go lower than a penny per share and it’s already almost there. Literally nothing to lose.
They still have employees, right? If we gain control of the company we could contract out their labor. That’s phase one.
Phase two: liquidate the long term investments worth $10MM and sell cash covered puts on MU. BY my calculations this could easily result in 16% returns PER QUARTER. More than enough to pay for interest and eventually principal on debt. Yes, long term gains would be better actually buying MU, but we need cash and we need it in regular intervals.
Phase three: once this goes even more viral we do a stream and sell ads. Ez pz.
Phase four: two words. Artificial. Intelligence.
I have 8 years of accounting experience in the oil and gas, construction, and marine industries. I also used to deliver pizzas and was a pool boy at one point. I believe in this company and have purchased 64 shares myself (with capital I acquired from selling my 6/15 217.50 Nvidia call).
