The dataset expansion at MetalCore gets more interesting to me once you look past the headline number.
NovaRed says the platform now includes more than 583,000 mining claim records and data tied to more than 11,000 mineral properties. That is the part that starts shifting the story from "mining AI" into something closer to land intelligence.
Claims data is useful because it shows where people have already decided land is worth staking. On its own, that does not prove anything. But when you combine claim activity with geology, geochemistry, deposit records, infrastructure, and land-status data, you start getting a much better picture of where exploration interest is clustering and why.
That is what stands out to me here. Most people look at land in a basic surface-value sense. In mining, there is another layer entirely. Mineral claims, historical property records, and sample databases can reveal a very different kind of land intelligence.
That is also why I think MetalCore can be discussed as more than just a tool for one project. If NovaRed can organize this into a usable screening platform, the value proposition is broader than Wilmac alone. It becomes an attempt to turn mineral-property evaluation into a data product.
Obviously, the real question is usability. Bigger datasets do not automatically create better decisions. But 583k claim records and 11k+ mineral properties is at least enough scale to make the land-screening angle feel more real.
Curious whether people here see more value in this as an exploration tool, or as a broader land-intelligence product.
