How to spot sector rotation and find market leaders before they go 10x

Strong stocks rarely move alone. The biggest winners are often part of the strongest groups in the market - so I want to spot sector rotation early on. My process is pretty simple: * Find the sectors & industries showing the strongest momentum. * Rank the leaders within those industries, look for industries that repeat or are new. * Look for stocks with strong relative strength, earnings growth, and clean technicals. * Focus my research and trades there instead of scanning thousands of tickers. For example, if Semiconductors are leading the market, I'd rather spend time on the top 5–10 names in that group than dig through random stocks hoping to find a winner. In this example, I can see Tech Hardware is consistently a top performing industry based on the average gains made the last 3months and 1 month, so that's a hot industry. I also see a new one, namely Ground Transportation, that has been coming up on the 1M and 1W. That makes me think there might be some sector rotation happening and this just might be the next hot industry. Thus, I'd load up that industry list to see stocks that are setting up. In essence, this is how you can be 'ahead' of the eight ball instead of only hearing about some stock once you become the exit liquidity for the pro's. It's not a holy grail, but it helps me spend more time where the probabilities are highest and avoid a lot of noise. Hope this helps and remember, try to always keep it simple.
