Nobody really talks about this enough.
Not the losses.
Not the red days.
Not even crashes.
The psychological torture is selling something for a “reasonable” profit… and then watching it double again without you.
Because suddenly:
your profit feels like a mistake
your discipline feels stupid
and FOMO starts rewriting history in your head
I honestly think this is why so many people end up revenge trading or chasing tops.
Taking losses hurts.
But missing massive upside after selling might actually hurt worse emotionally.
Curious if other people feel the same way..
