Is Visa an Ostrich with a Morphine Drip syndrome?

So, I have a long position in V and one where I have been spending considerable time determining whether to expand my position or hold. Liquidating the position is not an option (anytime soon anyway) for an extraordinary business - $40B revenue, $23B operating cash flow (10-K).  That being said, I am worried about their stablecoin language in the report. Visa talks about stablecoin opportunity as “emerging markets with volatile fiat currency” and “cross-border remittances”. Yet, their core US market, which is $6.8 trillion in annual volume, does not appear in this discussion, i.e., how are they thinking about this big elephant?. They reported $100B in facilitating crypto purchases since 2020. This is Visa collecting fees while helping the very thing that will destroy their foundation. More recently, there have been efforts to move to Stablecoin settlements - this is $3.5B (0.02% of $17 trillion global volume) and only tied to two small community banks.  Finally, they returned $22.8B to shareholders while investing $946M buying up a fraud detection system for the current platform. Nothing for the threat that has been brewing.  The GENIUS Act was passed in July 2025. For something this existential, where is the sense of urgency - feels like that colossal revenues/operating cash flow is probably like morphine dulling them from urgent action.
