Thinking of going long some 90-100 delta ITM options in order to get leverage rather than owning the underlying ETF:s outright on SPX/QQQ or some sector ETF:s.
365 DTE, or longer, specifically.
1) How are the bid-ask spreads for these types of deep ITM plays?
2) Is liquidity lower for the options, making an entry/exit more difficult?
3) With delta being so high, how much of an issue is theta?
Has anyone ever done this, could you share your experiences on managing the trade?
Would in this case diversify it with a range of deep ITM plays on various indices.
