Really confused on how google and other websites display PE ratios and Earnings.

I was trying to analyse Ashiana Housing stock and on google I saw that its Net Income is 566.5M Rs and Diluted EPS 5.66 and PE of 46.09. But when I saw the same stock on screenr I noticed that while Net Income and EPS is same the PE ratio was different. So I pulled up the official earning documents and there it is written that the Q3FY26 earnings for this stock will be 566.5 Million (written as 56.65 Cr but 1 Cr = 10 Million). This is really confusing; why has google and screenr mentioned these earnings as the current earnings. I have attached the ss for you guys to better understand this.
