Hi all!
I am looking for advice. I’m a public high school teacher (..I know people, been trying to get out for a while now). I can’t afford rent in the state I live in on my salary. I have about 45000 in a HYSA. I want to open an EFT and buy JEPI to possibly make enough income every month in addition to what I make from my salary to afford rent. Is this a good idea? Is there a better way to do this? I am such a novice with this. I appreciate your help!
