Position: None.
Came across the S-1 for this. They're taking a private tech fund public under VCX. Shareholder vote Feb 19, listing March.
Portfolio: OpenAI, Anthropic, Databricks, Anduril, Canva, Epic Games. About 22 names.
Questions:
* These closed-end funds usually trade at a discount. Anyone know how much?
* Fee going from 1.85% to 2.5%. They say it's for public costs and dropping the cash reserve. Fair trade?
* Lockup 6 months for existing holders only. New buyers can sell anytime. Means no dump day one?
Just saw the filing and curious if anyone dug into it.
