Looking through previous posts it seems this kind of thing is allowed here so hopefully it's okay.
I am working on a stock analysis/tracking platform with a custom scoring algorithm that measures all companies on a score from 0-42 based on the following metrics:
* **Debt Ratios** (up to 8 pts) - Lower debt is better
* **Liquidity** (up to 6 pts) - Current & quick ratios
* **Profitability** (up to 11 pts) - Margins and ROE
* **Growth** (up to 10 pts) - Revenue & FCF growth
* **FCF Yield** (up to 5 pts) - Most important metric!
* **Earnings Yield** (up to 3 pts) - Current returns
There obviously is no algorithm that can tell you whether or not you should buy a stock but I find it can give you a general sense of the current health of the company, and therefore can serve to filter out companies you might not otherwise be looking at to perform further analysis on. I also use it as a way to rule companies out. Low scoring companies are typically in very poor health.
**Beware many of the highest scoring companies right now are Chinese companies that almost certainly are lying on their accounting.**
In addition to the algorithm it has most of the metrics and features of any other analysis platform and some that I personally wanted and found where lacking elsewhere like the ability to create custom dashboards and compare multiple companies side by side.
I find the stock browser to be particularly useful as well.
Still a work in progress but any feedback and suggestions will be taken very seriously.
It's completely free now but I may add a paid tier at some point that allows things like more dashboards and faster refresh rates, or I may just introduce ads...still unsure yet.
