If you didn't feel like the market was stupid here and there, you probably aren't a value investor.
The entire definition of value investing is: 'I am right, and the market is wrong.' This is an arrogant position. To hold it, you have to be willing to look like an idiot for one, two, or three years while the neighbors get rich on tulips, AI, or rocket ships. Go invest in an index fund if you can't stick to your theses and handle 50% drawdowns even when clearly the business fundamentals will be okay.
