My trading desk came back with the following reply regarding your dispute. It looks like the security SMR, was a little late to the market for opening. Their comments and Bloomberg attachment below:
"SMR had a delayed open today. 9:34:18 was the opening print on the primary, NYSE. Your customer received the opening print."

Sold all my SMR stock at market open on SoFi to net me some green because I knew it was dropping today only to see “pending” for about 4-5min. By then I lost about $600 in profits and this is SoFis response.
