I'm comfortable saying I'm not educated or wise enough to day trade or pick stocks.
I've never owned an individual stock and have instead owned index funds such as FXAIX, VTSAX, VTIAX, and TSP C/I/G, and then some sweet 4.x% CD's.
When I read through this sub I'm always looking for those hot tips on a stock that seem to pan out big. I'm silently hoping I'll be tempted to take some fun money and make it work on some sort of day trade.
I just don't see anything here that helps that fun money stock deployment. Instead I see a never ending reassurance that I should stay the course.
