Gold Investors, $1 million or more in Profit, Cash out or Stay put?

I saw quite few posts from investors that show hundreds of thousands even millions of dollars un profit from their gold and silver investment. Some were able to double their principle in months if not weeks. My question is will these people stay put or cash out their doubled investments and what will happen to gold and silver if its the latter. Is there still enough new cash to offset the outflow?
