Hi guys, I bought ₹1 lakh worth of Indo Tech Transformers at an average of ₹1,450. It’s currently at its 52-week low (~₹1,225) and I’m down 16%.
I’m confused because the numbers look great—PEG is like 0.4 and they have huge profit growth. But the promoter has pledged almost 77% of their shares, which feels like a massive red flag.
The stock is bleeding every day despite decent orders. Is this a value trap because of the pledging risk, or should I hold on? Anyone else tracking this or the transformer sector? Thanks.
Note: I am ok with bearing loss and wait for long term, but only if the stock is a good but for long term. Or else I can seel the stock on Monday in loss.
