Help with cash in savings account

Hello, I have two separate traditional IRA’s, a Roth IRA, and my 401K through my company. I also have $30,000 in a standard savings account for cash emergencies. My question is, if I’d like to take out $10-$15K from savings… where should I put it? I’d like it to be in some type of account that I could still access if needed for an emergency. Is there a somewhat safe but still investment account I should consider? An account with Fidelity? Thank you
