I just learned about this stock 10 minutes ago.
The net income looks solid.
With an impressive yield of 7-8%.
If bought for 10$/share back in 2020 this would be netting 43% APR (yield on cost) Amazing.
Anything I should know before I buy?
I heard something about tax, about it being round or pointy or something like that.
Please tell me if this is stock is dd or not dd-ing.
