POET piqued my interest when MRVL announced they were acquiring Celestial AI. That same day or shortly thereafter, POET announced a direct offering. Yesterday 1/22 the agreement was executed, low and behold POET announces another direct offering. It would make sense to me that MRVL would invest in POET as POET/Celestial are co-developers. Not only have they done two direct offerings (150m and 150 m) but also an oversubscribe offering of 150m. So, in the matter of a few months they raised 450 million. That's quite a bit for a market cap under a billion at $7 a share. Looks to me like someone really wants them to scale. Wait, what does MRVL have to do with POET again?
Marvel and Celestials deal includes Amazon attaining about 90m worth of MRVL warrants. These warrants **vest based on Amazon’s purchases of Marvell “photonic fabric” products through Dec 31, 2030.** Read that again. Marvell acquired Celestial...photonic fabric..blah blah blah. What the hell's this got to do with POET? Well, MRVL is building out AWS supercomputing infrastructure or at least have a big hand in it. It's the circlejerk playbook Nvidia wrote. Im damn certain Marvel is behind the direct offerings. My wild hope is that AWS did the oversubscribe offering. In any case, we should receive some information late Febuary. If a single investor gobbled a significant portion of that offering we'll see that info disclosed.

Schwab is putting POET on the call to buy list because they are shorter than Gary Colemans dick. Apple stocks app shit out an AI article about options activity ahead of March earnings. I looked at March chain on Yahoo Finance and saw a FUCK load of $10 calls. The next day March chain was gone. It has since reappeared with low OI.
I've called to buy, Schwab rep said this, "There is possible manipulation with the stock would you still like to purchase?" Yes and double the order.
Why are there $18 puts in April but no where else on the chain? (not so sure about this theory but something fishy is going on in the options chain, would love for an experienced take).
