I bought it a while ago for my high risk portfolio and it has since gone up about 40% with very little news on any actual progress on building the mine. What I have seen though is someone has been paying for ads promoting the stock on reddit. This does not seem like a normal practice. Do you think someone is pumping it? It is small enough that it isn't subject to regulatory scrutiny.
