Author dropped S&P500 and World ETFs on ethical grounds and asks for non-US long-term investment ideas.

Hey,
being based in Europe I dropped out of S+P500 and World yesterday not being willing to support things a strange guy is doing any longer.
I kept my Renewable Energy investments, although the companies in there are 50% US based and will buy more.
Now curious to hear your thoughts on where/what I could/should invest long term (say next 3 years) without supporting the current US leadership.
