I'll be reaching my goal of investing $100k in my brokerage account this year. Im on a short term strategy. I plan let the money grow while in grad school (~3 years) and then using a portion of the funds for a house. I have a mix of CDs/Bonds and VT. Am I stupid for considering adding in VTI?
