Credit spread on IBKR EU

Hi everyone, I was wondering if it's possible to do credit spreads on IBKR EU. I'm asking this because it seems that the platform was requiring me to have as much collateral or cash available as for a normal CC or CSP. Did anyone experience the same issue? Do I need to request a margin account? Or do I need to move up to level 4 on options trading? Thanks guys!
