I'm trying to get my personal finances in order and maybe understand investing a little better. It makes me feel pretty lost with all the terms and options out there, and I'm not comfy having someone else handle it without me knowing about these things.
I've looked around and I keep seeing ads for all these online courses but I have no idea which ones will be actually useful and not just trying to sell me something fancy.
Are there any courses you've taken that really helped you understand the basics, like budgeting, saving, and maybe a little about stocks? I don't need to become a pro, just want to feel more confident with what I know.
Also, are there any newer courses or platforms that have come out recently that are better than the older ones? I just don't want to learn from something that's out of date. Lastly, what should I look for to avoid a bad course? I just want clear, straightforward info because that's how I learn best.
