Between leaving a financial advisor and inheriting a managed portfolio from a relative, I am now sitting on this hodge-podge collection of investments. The list is in order of the % of the total account made up by each investment, and there is less than $200k total in the account. I've been sitting on this for a little while and most of the gains at this point fall under long-term capital gains.
The VT was recently purchased by me — I'm leaning towards slowly dropping the other investments and shifting it all into VT or maybe VT + bonds? Aside from VT, dividends from everything get paid to cash rather than reinvested.
I suppose my questions are: Would you offload these holdings in any particular order? Are there investments worth hanging onto?
Other information to note:
* My partner and I each contribute to a 401k with employer match.
* I have fully funded a Roth IRA for 2025 and 2026; we'll fund my partner's 2025 Roth with the current cash holdings.
* We are mid- to late-40s.
