Best way to approach balancing my portfolio (brokerage)

Hello all, I have roughly 101k invested in my brokerage as of today . Around 100.8k of it is vti. Then 200 of it is VXUS. My goal is to make it 70/30 over time, or at minimum my future contributions will be 70/30. Should I just stick to changing my future contributions to 70/30 or should I buy only VXUS for like a year to rebalance it? Thanks
