I understand the basic math behind calculating the spread and annualized returns, but my biggest hurdle right now is sourcing high-quality ideas before the spread disappears. **My question for experienced members:** Beyond just checking deal lists, do you have a specific daily/weekly routine for spotting these early? Are there specific RSS feeds, Twitter accounts, or filings (like 8-Ks) that you prioritize scanning to find these "off the radar" liquidations or smaller mergers?
